Welcome to our 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home located on a triple lot with ample room for boat parking. Home is located only 3 blocks from Davis Canal public dock. Clean, cozy house with fenced in backyard! The house is walking and biking distance to the beach. Hot/cold outdoor shower and washer/dryer available for guests!

Bring your own boat! Optional boat dock available for rent within walking distance of home. Deep water on canal for only $30 per night. Contact us for more details!

We have partnered with Sea Dog Cart Rentals to provide our guests discounts on street-legal golf cart rentals. Feel free to message us with any questions that you have about renting a golf cart for your vacation!

Our home currently has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a hot/cold outdoor shower. Bedroom #1 has a king bed. Bedroom #2 has two double beds. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed. There is a twin daybed and twin trundle in the living room. Bathroom #1 has a tub/shower combo. Bathroom #2 has a walk in shower. All living area is on one single floor; The concrete driveway and garage is used for owner storage and guests do not have access to them.

There is plenty of parking in the gravel driveway for trucks, cars, boats and trailers! The fenced in backyard with outdoor patio is perfect to enjoy the salt air. During the harvesting season, you will love to pick fresh grapes, pears and blueberries from plants scattered throughout the property.

This home has an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen. The living room has sofas and ceiling fans. Two flat screen Smart TV's & high speed internet with Wi-Fi is available for your use.

Enjoy family dinners around the huge Lazy Susan dining room table. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffee cups, glass wear, silver wear, wine glasses and all other standard necessities for the kitchen and more.

Check-In is 4:00pm EST and Check-out is 10:00am EST

If you would like to bring your well-behaved dog, please message me BEFORE making a booking. Dogs are permitted only with prior approval; $75 non-refundable pet fee (2 dogs maximum; no cats or other pets accepted).

The house was as described on the listing; however, there is a roach issue in the kitchen. We were not able to cook as the roaches were coming out from the stovetop, which added significant unplanned costs. The owner did have a local pest control spray per my request, but this didn't fix the issue because we had many more come out.

Spacious and Dog Friendly

This was the perfect place for a reunion with childhood friends. Quite spacious with four bedrooms and beach within a short distance. Added bonus is that it is dog friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

OKI Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Callies cottage! We had plenty of room for all of us (7 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant!) We all loved the open floor plan and the lazy susan on the table was perfect for playing uno and serving meals! The kids loved picking and eating some fresh blueberries from the yard. The location was perfect wether we were driving to the beach, restaurants or neighboring towns. Only regret is not planning to stay longer, if we're lucky enough to visit OKI again we'll definitely be returning.

This house was in a Great location, clean, and big enough for our family. There were a few minor things like the fridge smelling of smoke and no outlets in the bathroom but overall it was very nice. High chance of staying again.
