Thanksgiving At The Coast

Cleanest home we have ever rented. Well equipped for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. Linen package was fantastic. We make wonderful memories and we are extremely Thankful.

Perfect beach location. Plenty of outdoor furniture, indoors is beautifully appointed, rooms are spacious with an ample number of beds. Extremely clean and very comfortable. Can park a lot of cars. Wonderful views. Would definitely recommend.

Great home for families!

We had an awesome stay at this beach home. The home was very clean and is large with lots of space! There were 6 adults, and 5 kids in our group, and we had ample space! We didn’t even use the basement area. The views are incredible and the deck leads right to the beach. This was perfect for us as we could watch the kids on the beach right from the deck. We also loved that the deck was covered and had plenty of rocking chairs for all! We cooked every night we were there, and the home was very well equipped with plenty of necessary kitchen items. The beds are not the most comfortable however, and could use a pillow topper. The bedding is also very thin, but they did have extra quilts in the closets, which we ended up using. We suggest bringing a few extra blankets if you get cold at night though. The communication with the owners management company was terrible. We messaged several times before our stay (3 times) with not one single response here on VRBO!! After calling VRBO directly, and messaging on another platform the night before our check in (which took a over an hour to get some answers!) to get our check in info, we finally were told to check our email where the message had bounced to our spam, as it’s an automated message. It would be extremely helpful to future guests if a message is sent here first alerting guests that all communication will be through email, and then providing who that email will be from so that they can be on the lookout so they aren’t having to go through hoops to get information like we did. Overall, we would still very much recommend, and can only hope the host/owner will adjust his/her communication methods for future guests or get a better management company. We give 5 starts still because the home itself made up for the lack of communication!
