This family-friendly condo in the Ocean Walk community is just steps from the seasonal community pool. Inside the condo, guests will find an open concept living area decorated with vibrant greens, blues and coral andthree flat screen TVs (50 inch flat screen Smart TV in living room, 22-inch in master bedroom) to keep you entertained. There is seating for six between a bar-height bistro table and the kitchen bar. The U-shaped kitchen provides plenty of space for preparing meals and pairs white cabinets with solid surface countertops. Tiled kitchen and baths, carpeted living spaces. A highchair and two pack-n-plays are available for the little ones. Walking distance to dining and shopping and the beach access is only one block away! Two covered parking spaces dedicated to the unit allow easy access to the first floor unit from the stairs. Other shared Ocean Walk community amenities include elevator access, an outdoor shower and grilling and picnic area (the latter conveniently around the corner from the unit at the base of the ramp to the pool area).

The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Though pets are not allowed, please not a dog may be present during an owner stay for those guests allergic to pets.
