Disliked: Cleanliness
This host double booked us. When we arrived, the people staying there informed us it was occupied. We spent an hour and a half sitting in the street in the dark trying to find a place to stay and ended up at a hotel way down in Ventura. We checked in at about midnight, completely exhausted. The host was no help at all and took no accountability for the situation. On top of all that, this place is located on a very crowded street with houses on top of each other - you can’t tell from the listing.
