It is a perfect place to stay for a family vacation or a weekend getaway. walking distance to BART, UC, Downtown, North Berkeley, Trader Joes, Theater District, Shops, Cafes, Restaurants, and other local amenities. Surrounded by easily accessible public transit. 30 minutes to downtown SF via BART or bus. One hour to SFO; 45 minutes to Oakland airport.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots, pans, and cutlery to ensure you have everything you need for cooking and dining during your stay.

The home has central heating. Please note that air conditioning is not available.

Street parking only, beware of parking restriction of 2 hour parking 8am-7pm except weekends. That means between 10AM -5PM weekdays, you can only park up to 2 hours on the street outside the house. To find longer hour street parking, park at side streets.

The 3 bedroom house was very well located for our needs and very clean. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings on the deck. To make the stay more comfortable they needed these supplies… paper towels in kitchen, face clothes for bathroom, proper wine and drinking glasses larger than 4 ounces, we were told coffee pods and Keurig supplied however, it was ground coffee in a small pot…regular shampoo (not Head n Shoulders), glass cleaner for table and basic condiments in the kitchen-salt n pepper, more than 1 kitchen towel. When we checked in we were given the incorrect door combination and it took some time to sort it out.. but we got in and had a great time. Highly recommend if you need a 3 bedroom two bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay! We came for our son’s wedding in San Fran and found the house location in Berkeley to be perfect. House was clean and laundry was easy to use. Came with plenty of toilet tissue and cleaning supplies. Trader Joes is right down the street and downtown Berkeley with shops and restaurants is close by. Definitely would recommend and rent again!

Great all around set up. Parking was not ideal, actually had a hit-and-run issue, smashed the drivers side mirror off a Suburban, but hey, that’s why we have insurance. TV was not great…only able to stream Netflix…purchased a digital antenna for local channels and left it at the property for future guests.

Fantastic Location, Great Space- 1 week stay

The posted photos are accurate.Street parking was not an issue. 2 Hr. parking begins at 8 a.m., if you don't depart by 10 a.m., just move the car. There is plenty of street parking. (caution: fold sideview mirrors in.) Weekends are unlimited. Comfortable beds, accommodates 5 for sleeping, but the LR has couch seats 2-3, 1 desk chair, no armchairs.The DR has 4 chairs so you have to move seating a bit.EX: The desk can be moved to the DR table, but don't have a guest to dinner (they would have to stand). Nice looking kitchen, we didn't cook. Everything seemed to be in good working order. Laundry is under the back deck. No extra towels. If you have a child (we had an infant) pack towels or do laundry more often. We went out and bought extra towels which we just packed and took home.The tub was dirty, and the shower curtain clings (needs curtain weights). Toilets were clean. Kitchen was clean. Sufficient extra garbage bags and tp etc. Shampoo and soap (liquid) provide (as promised). No towel racks or hooks. We bought a set (left on the BR door). I did mention this to the property manager who might add more for the BR. Additional seating, a good cleaning, and added games or puzzles would be a nice touch. The property manager was very responsive and communicated quickly and clearly. Overall it was a great house, great location and I recommend it.

This house was just right for our weekend stay. It was walking distance to restaurants and the university. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The only thing that was missing was a full length mirror.

Nice central place to stay

Great central location - safe and tidy, all as advertised. Could use a few homey touches like cozy seating and towel hooks. The back deck is great place to get a little sun and it's next to a huge tree that fills with little birds during the day.
