I didn’t know there was a hot tub. Refrigerator had to be be replaced Bath tub rubber mats need to be longer or doubled. Some stations on the tv were unwatchable. Mostly any dealing with NBC Staff were respectful and considerate. Overall if I was returning; I would consider staying here again.

Parking is excellent. I do not use the hot tub. Staff is always, consistently helpful and gracious. This is where I stay when in the Bay Area. For more than 20 years. Conveniently located. Stay here, park here and rideshare into any of the cities - Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco.

air vents in the bathroom is much needed, theres rust on the bathroom door and its very disgusting. the sink for the bathroom was also fairly clogged. front desk is super sweet though~

Not aware that this hotel is not full service, I didn’t need a lot, but found out there’s not even toobrush and toothpaste and have to ask for it. Parking is $30.00 a night. No drinking water in the room either.
