The pool didn't look too clean, broken handle and low water pressure in shower, plastic mattress pad rather uncomfortable. Lovely breakfast and very accommodating help. Super location.

Perfect little hotel and location!

Planned a trip with 3 friends and we were all satisfied with the accommodations, location, service and food. The rooms are suites varying in sizes and so clean, spacious and comfortable! The rooftop area with pool and where breakfast is served until 2:30pm is exceptional! The staff are very kind and helpful. Just note that there is no elevators so for people with mobility issues it might be challenging.

My room had no a/c , wen to front desk and they send someone to fix an she didnā€™t do anything, I asked for a fan, they didnā€™t have any, I called reception several times, no one answered, next day requested to speak to manager, none available. Worst experience in a hotel on Expedia, didnā€™t sleep bc of how hot it was w. no windows. Nothing positive to say about my stay

The location is amazing. Itā€™s right in the center and itā€™s walkable everywhere. The room I got was big, we got the two bedrooms and itā€™s a big suite with 2 queen beds and a king bed in another room. The only complain I have is the water pressure in the bathroom. It makes it very hard to shower because not a lot of water coming out.

Property was conveniently located near the food markets, ATMs, and shopping. The area was very safe. Hotel was well-maintained and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms include breakfast daily and toiletries. There was a hairdryer. Front desk has a 24 hour attendant. Overall an excellent value.

6 Days in Oaxaca

Very close to everything in el centro with easy access within walking distance. We stayed for 6 days and had no issues at all. The 2 bedroom suite is very roomy and perfect for familes. The only thing needed are more comfortable beds, they were a little stiff for me. The roof top terrance has amazing views and very peaceful being a small hotel.

The staff was wonderful!! My suite was clean and modern. Nice complimentary breakfast.I enjoyed the rooftop pool for recharging in the mid afternoon. Great location! The front desk reserved a taxi to the airport for my early morning flight. I couldn't be happier with my choice!
