The room was very nice but, bathroom very small and tight to get in and out of it. Heating system was very noisy throughout the first night which kept us awake. Don't know if perhaps it had been left on a timer but, after we figured out how to switch it off it was fine.

Great location, right next to the harbour and shopping and restaurants. The room was awesome, had great amenities including Nespresso pods and well-maintained carpet and bathroom.

The room and bathroom were very clean. There was a good choice for dinner and breakfast and the food was excellent. We had a sea view room which was lovely, however, very noisy outside from 12-3am.

The hotel was great - perfect location, with a wonderful view of the harbor. The room was so inviting and comfortable! But the staff? They blew us away with friendliness and helpfulness, and just the right amount of playfulness.

the front desk said we should’ve booked them directly instead of through Expedia because we would’ve gotten a better price. There was no parking except on the street, unless we were supposed to have that added to our reservation by Expedia, which was not done. Again, my only comment would be for such a nice place. It didn’t really stand up to its standards. however, it was decently located, and the staff was very accommodating.

What an amazing town & this property was centrally located with stunning views. The suite was clean & well equipped with an AC. We highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling to Oban. This was a highlight of our Scotland trip.
