The Space:

Our modern apartment, furnished in a luxurious "hotel style", accommodates up to 3 people and is located right in the centre of Oberstdorf.The apartment features a very high-quality living space with carpeted flooring and plenty of storage space in the wardrobes. We provide a luxurious and extremely comfortable 160 x 200 cm box spring bed with high-quality hotel-standard bed linen. Your favourite streaming service or TV programme runs on the 50-inch 4K Smart TV.A comfortable "permanent sleeper" sofa bed with a full-size mattress offers space for a third guest. Opposite is a small dining table, which can also be used as a laptop workspace.The small, separate kitchen is fully equipped, with an induction hob, oven with integrated microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and even a dishwasher! We provide pots, pans and all essential kitchen utensils. A coffee machine, kettle and toaster are also available. Complimentary tea and coffee await you.The bathroom also features high-quality stone materials, underfloor heating, a heated towel rail and a bathtub. Towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided by us. A hairdryer is also available. A cosmetic mirror is integrated into the large mirror.The apartment also has a small south-facing balcony that invites you to relax or have breakfast. The mountain panorama never gets boring and delights anew every day.We hope you feel completely at home in our cosy apartment and enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

The Neighborhood:

This apartment is located in the heart of Oberstdorf's pedestrian zone, within walking distance of the new Oberstdorf Therme! From here, you can reach every point in town on foot. If you arrive by train, you'll be at your accommodation in just 5 minutes. If travelling by car, you can park behind the apartment and reach any ski area or attraction in a few minutes. All the Oberstdorf mountains are accessible as day trips from the accommodation, and many peaks can already be admired directly from the apartment.



Getting Around:

The train station is reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Here you can arrive by train or use various public transport lines in all directions. By car, navigate to "Sonnenstraße" and park behind the house.

In the town centre of Oberstdorf and the surrounding villages, we have additional apartments for up to three people. In all our properties, we provide high-quality bed linen, towels, shower gel and shampoo for you. You can also look forward to a small welcome gift and complimentary tea & coffee.Please note that the local tourist tax (Kurtaxe) associated with your stay is not included in the booking price!Adults from 17 years: €4.70 per person per night.

Youth aged 10–16 years: €3.90 per person per night.

Children under 10 years are exempt from the tourist tax.
