Enjoy a clean and quiet stay in a 3 bed, 2 bath, comfy home. Furnished with 1 queen bed and 2 full beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The unit is equipped with Wifi , a Smart Tv, washer, dryer, security cameras, and keyless locks to make your stay more comfortable. Our house is less than 20 minutes away from nearby ranches and only 10 minutes away from super centers, convenience stores, and places to eat. The WEC is only a 25 minute drive. Walt Disney World Resort is about one hour away.

Fantastic location! Great little neighborhood close to the biking trails which we rode everyday almost. We were close to Rainbow Springs and other parks. The house had what we needed for just the two of us. I emailed general manager and they are planning to add some items. We were there two weeks and our dog loved it as much as us. Ask questions if you are looking for something specific for example a grill. Great communication via email. Awesome master bath and bed! Great washing machine and dryer as well. Overall 5 star

If you want a basic house with good internet, comfortable beds, good water pressure, and working appliances then this is your place. If you want more than four forks, a chair to sit outside, more than a dozen hangers, a decent fry pan, salt/pepper, etc. then bring your own. The owner is just supplying the basics. We shared all this with the owner already so maybe they will make some changes. They are very responsive as evidenced by them delivering water to us when the cold weather shut down the water.

Pleasant stay

Home was as depicted in photographs vary clean and modern new furniture and all was on order. Host is very responsive. There was coffee, tea and sugar available when we arrive, which was nice. There was not a complete set of utensils, but plenty of plates and bowls, although there could be more glassware, as there are only 4 glasses and 4 coffee cups. There were also no dish towels to dry dishes, we went and bought dish towels from the Dollar General. Left them there so hopefully the next guest won't be caught without a towel to dry dishes. There's a dishwasher, but we were washing utensils, cups and glasses as needed. There are toiletries provided, which is also nice. Beds are comfy although a little firm for our taste, we had a decent nights sleep. Blinds on all windows, so privacy isn't an issue. Overall a pleasant quiet neighborhood of newer homes. But, empty lots are not cleared and overgrown, which gives it a messy feel. I suspect no HOA, because cars are parked on lawns and garbage cans seem to reside at the street, which is fine, I don't live there, but immediate impressions of the home are a bit negative. Thankfully the home is nicely done inside and lawn well kept. We would return and recommend this property.

Great location

This property was very close to stores, restaurants and shopping centers. We were also close to gas stations. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood and the host was excellent when communication was needed. The only recommendations I have is to provide multiple TV 📺 for each room.
