Comfortable and Very Cute

The home is very spacious and extremely well decorated with ample spave indoors and out. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen too. Lots of living room space and close to activities. We enjoyed our stay and its great for families. We loved the backyard swing and table space. Absolutely lovely. While there was technically a spot for everyone to sleep in but it didn't really have 4 bedrooms. It has 3 bedrooms and an office /space with a curtain between it and the Livingroom had a mattress on the floor. The listing doesn’t include photos of each bedroom so it made it a bit awkward for our group when one of the bedrooms didn't have a door. It worked out but the door is sort of important to make it private and also to make it easy to sleep since its immediately next to the play room. The master bathroom toilet also requires repeated flashing so you sit there and have to wait to flush it 3-4 times after you go which is frustrating and there's no sign to tell you that so our first day we were very uncomfortable with the situation. The host/owner was aware and seems to accept this but as a guest its not comfortable.

Super clean and comfort!

The house is remodeled in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean with very comfortable beds. Excellent place for friends to stay with plenty of room to spread out. There is no hot tub though. I think that might be a typo in the listing. Hosts are very easy to communicate with and keypad entry which is great.

Graduation Weekend

Our family was in town for UF Graduation weekend. The house was perfect for our family of 7 (6 adults and a 1yr old). The backyard with seating and swings was an unexpected bonus. A lovely home that made us all feel comfortable.

Clean, comfortable home

I booked this home for my family that was visiting from Europe. The home was clean and spacious and had everything they needed for their stay. I was able to communicate with Amanda and Karen through the app and they were very responsive. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a family style setting.

Clean and great hosts

Place was clean. The owner made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Central to everything and easy access to surrounding areas. I would stay again.
