I loved my stay at Staybridge Suites. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The shared areas were clean and comfortable. They provided a complimentary laundryroom for the guest. The complimentary daily breakfast was very good. They had a good selection of breakfast items to choose from. My accommodations were excellent. I loved my room. It was clean, comfy and had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. I had a very enjoyable week. 10 stars!!

Great stay. It’s brand new so everything was in good shape. A/C could have been cooler in the room. Also maybe some home fries would be good. Also maybe a little sign that the TV remote can be found on the window sill. It’s solar recharging.

New and clean. Great kitchen. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast closes early, even on Sundays so beware. They won’t stay open one second later, leaving our family hungry. Also, the key to the room didn’t work 3 times in a row. Rough check-in at night with tired children waiting in the hallway.

They were having issues assigning keys, keys didn’t work with door lock so irritated customer was interrupting other guests who were checking in. Sunday breakfast was over by 9:30- seems they ran out of food? Very clean so far.

There was a mice on the room also I saw glue traps inside the room too. I took pictures. I ask for a different room. In the other room there were glue traps too, me and my family in the middle of the night have to move to the second room. The hotel didn't gave us a refund or anything. They have a mice problem and the only thing was or sorry about that. We are very upset about this.
