We booked through Expedia in 2/2025 for a July trip for 4 days of a Ocean Front room and paid for an Ocean Front room. When we got there, we were given an Ocean View room. When asking the manager, she said we would need to go through Expedia for a refund because they charged Expedia for Ocean View and not Ocean Front. We have not received a refund for the difference in price.

Amazing location and ease of access to the beach! The rooms were very spacious and the interior design was very cute! Parking was simple and the staff was friendly. Big downside was that our room had a pullout couch but there was no bedding/blankets for it and the front desk did not have any extras.

What makes this property is the location. The location on 45th st is great, we also stayed in an oceanfront room, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel itself was average. Staff was touch and go depending on who you spoke to. The beds were comfortable, but the tv's did not work as advertised. Coffee in the lobby was very good, just wish I could have had it in the room. When requesting stay over service, they came and just threw our towels and trash on the floor outside our door and it just stayed there. Over all because of the amazing balcony I would consider staying again, but would also look at other options as well.

Nice hotel, when we got there our fridge did not work but the man switched it out very quickly for us. But they don’t come around and clean your rooms at all. i had to go to the front desk and ask for a broom just to get the sand off our floor. You have to call and get towels and it will take over a hour before you receive the towels. i booked ocean view and got dunes view and they wouldn’t even let me switch rooms because “they were all booked” They charge you 88$ to park in there parking lot when you get there, and they also charge another 100$ hold when you get there, they say you’ll get back in a week. it’s a decent hotel but if you expect to be on vacation and not have to sweep your own room up, take your towels and trash in the hall for the housekeepers to pick up the next day then this isn’t the hotel for you.

Nice hotel right on the beach

Cute hotel right on the beach. Room was spotless and beds were comfortable. Despite being fully booked, it was quiet at night. Staff were really nice and let us know that staying here allows you to access the amenities at the Aloft hotel on the bayside. Be aware that there is a fee for parking, but that street fills with beach goers, so I didn't mind paying for a guaranteed spot. My only "negative" feedback would be that the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Other than that, it was a nice place and I'd stay there again.

I have stayed her plenty of times before the renaming - remodeling. The Atlantic is part of many memories with my family. This is our last time staying at the now named Sealoft. Checking in was the worst with the rudest host ever - she was not helpful and even said wrong room number. Upon checkin - discovered fridge broken in room - that night told same host and she said ok. Told her we tried to get ice out of smallest ice machine - she said it got ice now… no it had enough for a small kids cup. Not to save the food we brought to put in fridge. Also asked for towels. Nothing. Talked to another host and she sent someone next day. Fridge and freezer had ice down the back - not working. But the guy said it was all good…Ended up buying ice and storing in our cooler. No real housekeeping done - chasing down staff for items needed.- towels, toilet paper, trash bags.gate code for pool barely worked. Remodeling and still one elevator? Then there is a door to ramp, a lift, and door to building located in same spot. Lots of traffic jams and getting stuck. Just a terrible experience. Pluses to stay: on the beach and easy to get to. This will be last time staying here. After 10+ years of staying there. Hopefully they get it together.

We had called them to ask about an early check in since we were coming from 4 hours away. They were not nice about the room not being done. They just stated “rooms not ready” Check in stated 4pm so we went back at 3:30 and still the same response. They told us just because Check in starts at 4 doesn’t mean our room is going to be ready. They finally had a room ready around 4:10. When we got to the room is was filthy. There was blood in the bathroom, hair on the sheets, mold on the air conditioning, an old cherio under the couch and no cover on the beds.

La botella de vino de cortesia me dijeron que era mentira de la aplicación que eso no se da y a pesar de que la habitación era comoda y bonita edtaba llena de pelo de perro por todos lados, la cama, el sofa, el baño, las mesas, el piso se noto que la habitación no la limpiaron solo cambiaron las sabanas, todo olia mal incluida las camas y el baño. A pesar de que llegaron a limpiar el piso luego que me queje, tambien cambiaron las sabanas pero el olor a perro mojado y el pelo por todos pados definitivamente no se fue. Es genial que acepten mascotas pero deberian de tener cierto nivel de limpieza para quienes viajamos sin mascotas y definitivamente no queremos tener pelos y olor de perro en toda la habitación
