From the covered balcony overlooking the Atlantic, the elevated perspective is simply unforgettable. This well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The cozy primary suite features a full and queen bed, while the guest bedroom includes two twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional flexibility for families or groups. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed, Unit 2204 offers both comfort and breathtaking scenery — the perfect combination for your Ocean City getaway.

The 9400 Building provides everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. You're within easy walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and just steps from the beach.

Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking may be available directly through the 9400 Building on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $65.

Gorgeous Views, But!

This condo definitely has gorgeous views from the top floor and patios, but what is not mentioned is that the large, noisy AC unit exhausts out and across the covered patio making it basically unusable if the AC is on. It blows warm air across the entire patio and is extremely noisy. If you turn the AC off it is wonderful. The condo is outdated and in need of some upgrades. Ice maker doesn’t work and refrigerator was sweating. Overall we had a wonderful time and the covered patio is great when the AC is turned off.

Great week in Penthouse 2204

Beautiful condo on the top floor of 9400. Best location for N. Ocean City and a perennial favorite of ours. Perfect week weather-wise and just an all-around great vacation experience.

Perfect Vacation Week!

Went too fast! Exceptionally clean! Fantastic view beach, seagulls, pelicans, and foxes! Really enjoyed the multiple decks! Very convenient location near great restaurants and grocery shopping! Wish we were staying longer! Thank you for the excellent decor could not forget we were at the beach! Jacuzzi was a big hit. GREAT VACATION WEEK!!!
