This is an older hotel but it was clean and convenient for our needs. We had a room with a pretty view of the bay. It would have been nice if they had either balconies or a patio to sit out and enjoy the view. We did not appreciate the people just hanging out in the parking lot partying.

Clean, family friendly

The hotel was very clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room eas very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was clean and no issues. When I booked it I didn't realize it had an indoor pool and hot tub. Unfortunately we did not utilize them this trip but we were trying to stay near family who were in a condo across the street and this worked wonderfully. We will be back for sure. Also your room key gets you discounts at a few local places to eat, which is a nice perk. We love visiting OC Md and we just found a new favorite place to stay

The property needs to upgrade the bathrooms. They upgraded the hotel some, but the toilet seats are too low and theres no bar in the shower.

Besides the stained carpet, the stay was pretty decent. The one thing we did not like was that the pool did not require a key card, which meant it was open to everyone. There was a moment that my family was in the pool, and a person entered the pool area from the side doors that were open.

This hotel needs a lot of updates! The bathroom fan sounded like a motorcycle! There were no drawers to put our clothes. And the microwave was so high, that the average person couldn't reach it!

Terrible Experience

Upon check-in, I called the front desk for new linens because the duvet was soiled and was told I had to come get them and spread the beds myself. My attempt to get unsoiled linens stopped after 2 different attempts. I just didn't use the duvet. My son wanted to use the pool but it looked like it wasn't maintained properly. I believe sand sediments were in it. I had to called for a different iron because the one in our room was leaking water. The door was warped The ice machine on the 4th floor wasn't working. Also, there was dust, and the BR floor was not swept properly.
