BAYRONT CONDO WITH AMAZING VIEW including the best sunsets in Ocean City! Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in midtown surrounded by the bay - you'll love the open bay view from the living room and upper level balconies. This condo has a full kitchen with all the essentials including a coffee pot, toaster and air fryer that accommodate all your cooking needs. The condo also has a washer and dryer. The main bedroom and second bedroom each have queen beds. The living room also has a full size sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. High speed wifi and internet are provided and there are Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms so you can stream your favorite shows (using your login credentials.) This condo is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator in the building for easy access and you'll receive 2 assigned parking spaces. This bayfront condo is just under a mile to the beach and Atlantic Ocean - a few minute drive or 17-20 minute walk.

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $102. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
