The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed. A pull-out sofa in the living room allows the unit to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

Enjoy the ease of an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals.

We knew we were paying for the beach view and easy access, but we felt like our extended relatives made a little room for us for a few days versus having our own space for a week. The unit was clean but there was not one hanger provided to hang anything up and every closet was full with the owners belongings. The room my child slept in had an unlocked closet full of caulk, paint thinner, tools, etc. Similarly, kitchen cabinets were all full of the owners items so there was no space to put purchased groceries. Electrical wiring was observed hanging from the ceiling. Although we were told it was only picking up motion detection, a Ring camera was on the balcony meaning the owners could watch us.

Great quite spot. You are close enough ocean city to have fun on the board walk, but also close enough to fenwick island that you can have a little more secluded section of beach.

Great place to stay with a family. Very convenient for getting out on the beach and quiet area. The view in the morning was awesome.Parking spots under the building are meant for smaller cars but street parking right outside of the stairwell was never an issue.Easy walk to some golf and food places. Would stay here again.
