Room - very clean and have kitchen Pool - indoor pool with slide was very good for kids. Outdoor pool and plash park was not open during the spring of 2026. Movie theater - every night is a movie night and the theater has a very good recliner sofa seat. The resort itself is located in very prime location, there is an outlet mall just in front of the resort and there are many restaurants close by. Also beach and broad walk is just 5 mins drive.

The outdoor pool wasn't open but the indoor pool was a lot of fun. Very kid friendly and my kids loved the hotel. Only stayed one night but they wanted to come back. The focus is on amenities, not cleanliness. Tub and toilet were dirty, the bed sheets were stained in spots and pullout bed mattress had dark stains. Otherwises decent room, no bugs or other critters so I was relatively satisfied. Worth visiting the hotel and maybe bringing your own sheets if that's important to you.

Exercise room not up to par. I couldn’t get the one treadmill to work. The website showed a kitchenette but we only had a microwave and refrigerator that froze everything. The staff were incredibly nice. Everything was very clean.

Room listings state they have curtains and they did not, rooms were very bright overnight. Pool needs rules better enforced. Two kids went underwater at no fault of anyone but neglectful parents that should have been physically in the pool with their young toddlers. Other families had to help rescue kids at no fault of the lifeguard but the rules definitely need to be enforced much better.

Amenities weren’t available as advertised, indoor pool food area closed early just because “there were only 6 check in’s” so the people who paid for the services had to go without. I had to clean out room as it was poorly cleaned and rust was EVERYWHERE. Never coming back out of season again, it was terrible.

The staff were amazingly friendly. Having the indoor water park and mini golf at the resort was nice. The room was absolutely filthy though. I couldn’t even use the microwave because of how dirty the kitchen area was. There was hairs in the freezer. The floor didn’t seem to be vacuumed in a long time. There was dirt on the beds. Little black specs of dirt were on every surface of the room. The outside lights were so bright shining in to the room and no way to stop it so falling asleep was hard. It was okay for one night but I don’t think we will stay here again.

It's okay

The lifeguard was very overbearing. My son has autism and she thought she knew my child better than me. Offering unsolicited advice and made my son uncomfortable. The whole stay was so he could enjoy the pool. Instead, he didn't get in the pool at all.

Great hotel for kids.

By far the best indoor kids pool I have ever expirenced at a hotel. Also mini golf, playground, and movies with popcorn in the lobby! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
