Only issue I came across was I forgot to bring my phone charging plug. I had my USB cord however had nowhere to plug into. Most hotels I have stayed at had multiple USB ports. They should upgrade the electric receptacles with ones that are USB capable. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

A fire occurred the last night. My wife lost a necklace in the commotion. I notified management. They said they would refund the last night. They did not. They called the next day and said they found the necklace and would mail it. They did not.

We arrived at the hotel checked in and nothing was explained as far as where the ice machine was, etc. The water pressure was extremely low. I addressed it and was told my room couldn’t be switched but maintenance was able to fix it. Well, maintenance came and switched the shower head from another room which didn’t help much. Besides that the area and food was great!

The website said nothing about the major issues with remodeling, the gym wan complete tore up and I signed up for breakfast and then got charged. The room was to have a balcony that overlooking the beach only if you hung over the railing.

This hotel was nice. Had great views, nice beds, staff, and the breakfast was amazing. A few minor issues were the low water pressure, hard to navigate channels using the TV remote, and the indoor pool wasn't heated the day we went (I heard from other guests that it typically is so not a normal issue) . Although there wasn't room service, there were good/fast options for Door Dash and Uber Eats. The reception staff would call our room when the food was available for pickup at the desk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come again. Looking forward to seeing the renovations when they are completed.

Good location along boardwalk. Restaurants nearby. Hotel itself was lovely. We were in the small building across the street. Everything seemed new.. Very clean. Bed and pillows were good. I liked the hardwood floors as opposed to carpeting. Towels were thick and fluffy.

I first encountered Christian over a phone call. He was very kind and when I met him in person, he was very accommodating. Great employee also had a chance to meet Toni and Rodrigo and Francis. Great great employees.. during my stay they had some type of massive water leak the hotel was being pulled apart, but even with that they did their very best accommodate and keep everything neat and clean. I must say great job . Thank you the room was clean. Beds were comfortable great Ocean view. Thank you :)

Overall I liked the property, the location, and the staff. The room was clean and we had great cleaning service. The front desk people were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was well priced and had good continental options. The things I didn’t like were our toilet wasn’t cleaned when we arrived which was kind of disgusting, the elevators TRULY TAKE FOREVER to get there and are probably on their last breath of life, parking is okay but limited in the building you stay in, and finally, the pool was clean but the walls of the pool were brown.
