We loved our stay here in a beautiful ocean view room. Daily service is appreciated. The only negative is the parking. There are not enough spaces for the number of rooms. We were charged nightly for parking and twice we had to find street parking several blocks away.

Overall a nice property and great location. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Great access to the beach and boardwalk. Elevators were slow and couldn't find carts to transport our luggage. Nice stay!

First - Expedia screwed up or the Hyatt said so. We were to have an Oceanview room but we were put in the annex building across the street. Also a 5 pm check in is ridiculous. Parking was terrible, but I get it. Fridge was not working however resolved quickly by staff. Towels at the pool were minimal. There is no restaurant in the hotel and the bar inside was not opened. That’s not what is advertised on the web site. Breakfast was good, no complaints. The staff was professional and very nice. The hotel was clean as well. My complaint is with senior leaders of the Hyatt going into a contract with Expedia and not honoring what I paid for. I paid for an Oceanview room and got put across the street- I should have been offered compensation and was not. In my eyes, I was immediately turn off when my room was not what I paid for- thats sets the tone for the trip. Will I use Expedia or Hyatt again? Doubtful, unless they step up and right this wrong.

The hotel was very clean. We stayed in a king room for 4 nights and decided we wanted to stay another night but there was only an accessible 2 Queen suite available so we booked that for 1 night. The receptionist was nice enough to let us stay in our old room until our new room was ready so that was great! I loved the bathroom in the king room, it was walk in shower, very clean and the rooms and new which is great for OC on the boardwalk. The suite had a musty smell but it might have been because the air conditioner wasn’t working and it was set to heat which they came and fixed right away. The pools are not big at all even though they looked big in the pictures. City view is in another building which was very annoying because we had to cross the road with a baby and they didn’t even tell us so we unpacked our car, went to the floor or room was supposedly on but could not find our room number. We asked the cleaning crew and they were the ones who told us our room was in the other building. We also didn’t know that they charge for parking, but they charge $10 a night for parking. We asked for towels to be sent to the room because one of the towels they had in the room was stained and we’re waiting for an hour and still didn’t get the towel so we just went on with our day and the towels were in the room when we got back so plan ahead if you are trying to take a shower after the beach. Overall, room was great and service could be better.

For one thing, a police officer on the premises questioned me about where I was from. Which I thought it was none of his business. I was the only one he questioned, why other people walked by. Secondly, handicapped was 2 blocks away in another. Talk a lot who my mother-in-law was a stroke. Patient and I had to push her 2 blocks, the staff member at the front entrant, who seemed to be handicapped person. It was very rude. She looked at my mother-in-law and saw she was handicapped, but still made us. Walk to another park and lock 2 blocks away in front of the hotel. There was only 2 handicapped, and we were told that there's more online from traveler i will not be back and we'll also tell other family members about this experience

Overall, it was a fine. Parking was not ideal and especially for the prices. Shouldn’t have been charged $10 a day when we had to park a block or so over. Also request requested extra towels and got woken up at midnight to have them delivered unnecessarily.

Incredible shower! Strong stream and easy to get into! Loved our view of the beach and boardwalk. Pay the extra for a balcony and beach view!
