Gorgeous views, great walking distance to the beach and other surrounding areas. Needs new shower head faucets in the showers for girls/women with long or thick hair. Sprays more to the wall too. Balcony sliding glass door was extremely hard to open.

Great Stay

Clean and beautiful views. Very spacious and fully equipped. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.The location was great!!!! The beach is also very close . Highly recommended. My family and I will definitely stay agin in the future.

Great view and location

Perfect location, a little dated but that wasn’t too much of an issue. Beds were not the best. Family area chairs are hard.

The basics by the beach

fantastic location, near the beach, near shopping, near food, near mini golf, however there is no hot water to be found in the condo. at all. it had all the basics, nothing remotely fancy, perfect for a few days at the beach, but we all couldn't wait to get home to hot water

Family Vacation

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo. We noticed improvements were made from our previous visit (new flooring). There were things that were found throughout our stay that were communicated to the property management company and hopefully were addressed before next booking arrived. Although the items found did not affect our stay, they should be repaired, cleaned, replaced, etc. to really highlight the space. Our family had a great time, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, steps away from the beach, convenient access to shops, activities, restaurants, etc. It is a nice condo for our family of 4.

Great view, great location

Quiet street, not many other condos around. Loved the ocean view from the balcony and that we weren’t looking at another condo- directly across the street is a large parking lot. It felt private while also convenient with a 3 minute walk to the beach and mini golf right across Coastal- perfect for our family. We brought our own sheets, which I would recommend doing. The kitchen was totally stocked of dishes and it was great having a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Tastefully decorated which beach decor. Comfortable beds and furniture. Lots of seating on the balcony. Prime unit in the building- top floor with the best view. Would definitely stay again!

Maintenance Issues

I love the location and comfort of this rental. It was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked and the balcony had plenty of seating. Unfortunately, we had a lot of issues since the start. We found dirty dishes and towels upon our arrival. The door lock instructions were not clear and we couldn’t lock the front door at the beginning. The dryer and master bathroom outlet were not working from the bat. The washer stopped working on day 3. The management response was excellent but nothing was fixed by the time we checked out. Also, I find it a bit weird that the listing said they provide towels, but only bath towels were included, no hand towels or wash clothes.

Vacation 2022

The location is perfect for the beach. The unit was nice, just a few things that need addressed. The master bathroom outlets didn't work, hard to get ready. The beds were very hard. The kitchen could of used some towels as well as a daily cleaner to use. For the amount you pay it should come with necessities. The A/C needed serviced while we were there which was handled very quickly.. Was second time at this unit over the past 3 yrs.

My husband, two kids and I stayed at this condo for a weekend at the beach and we were very pleased. Not only was the place very clean, except for the carpets which had some stains, the place was in great condition. They also had very fast internet connection and the televisions in every room were very new and had all of the popular streaming apps. We had a great time staying here and would definitely stay again.

Great Views

The carpet was so dirty, like big stains on white carpet...smh in the living room and dining room. Like why would you have white carpet in a rental. The place was well stocked and the view of the ocean was amazing. Change that carpet guys!
