Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is the water it never got hot it goes from warm to cold in minutes. It was terrible. And my family said the water was horrible in their rooms too.

We checked into our room and all went well, but then we went into our room and tried to use the restroom and the door fell off the hinge and almost on top of us! We did get a room, but the barn doors that close the kitchen off from the bathroom are in disrepair, ineffective and poorly constructed! In our second room, we got stuck in the bathroom! The air conditioning vent had mold on it. The bathroom was dirty and dusty.! The plastic wrap on the sofa bed was ripped and the mattress was flat so you could feel the springs! Overall, this was a terrible place for us to stay! I was looking forward to it because it’s supposed to be a relatively new hotel but it was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in for the value!

No water pressure Stairwell smells like gas no ventilation Mean dining room/breakfast lady😭old fruit not rotated, stale cereal,great waffles though bagels /English dried out. I just figure if you're going to offer a free even continental breakfast you need somebody that's Cooks it that cares about what the food looks and tastes like. We stayed there 5 days and we watched the dates of those yogurts the same yogurts the same bagel sat there in the same case for a week it should be fresh every day I'm sorry somebody needs to put a little more care into your Continental / free breakfast people were nice room was nice.

Nice room

The room was nice but we requested them to unclog the bathroom sink and they never came to do it. Also, the faucet in the shower seemed to be backwards. If you put it where it was supposed to be hot water, it came out cold and vice versa. But overall, it was a fine stay.

We chose to stay here for a cheer competition after having a terrible experience at another hotel last year. Our time here was so enjoyable that we decided to return for this year's event. We typically book rooms on the main stay side because of the kitchenette area and the slightly larger rooms, which provide the extra space we need to get ready for the competition. My only concerns were that the toilet wasn't completely clean and the pillowcases had an unpleasant smell, but housekeeping promptly changed them out. I usually sanitize the rooms myself at any hotel my family stays in. Aside from that, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back next year for the competition!

Clean but average

Our stay was good. It was a very clean facility both the room and the common spaces. The only negative on the room is that someone had a dog next door to us that barked until he settled down at night. The free breakfast was not good. The coffee was weak. The eggs didn’t appear to be real and there was no butter for the muffins. I looked around to find someone to get more butter and they were always busy helping someone else or getting things for the kitchen . I’m glad I was only staying for one night.

The hotel was nice but had bugs and roaches in the rooms I had to get transferred to another room because the tool they have is was so nasty the shower looked like it was never cleaned and the main floor smell like cigarettes and piss I don’t recommend stay here.
