Location was great and overall the house worked out well for our family trip. Check-in was pretty easy with the door code being sent the morning of check-in. While the kitchen had a good supply of dishes/utensils, there weren’t pot holders or many of the other essentials needed to use it easily so we had to make a few trips to the store.

Excellent location

The location of this property is perfect, a VERY short walk onto the boardwalk. The front porch is great to sit on to people watch and relax. The property itself is updated but still has the bones of an older house. Be sure to bring soap, shampoo and extra paper products as they are not provided. The location could not be better!

Location was excellent, just a few steps from the boardwalk and beach, which was perfect for us. Many restaurants within walking distance. Parking available for 2 cars behind the unit, although it's a little tight to get in and out. Front porch was pleasant, communication with the property owners clear once I found an old email that I'd missed with forms to complete, and everything in the unit functioning. We were glad they provided towels and sheets. Our only complaint was noise, which is entirely dependent on the people in the unit above. We could hear their conversations and movements (walking around, moving furniture) until about 2-3 am most nights. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Quick getaway

The location is perfect! Just steps from the boardwalk and beach. The house is mostly maintained. The TVs in the bedrooms were not setup. The beds are mattresses on wire frames. Be sure to bring toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, and hand soap. Other VRBOs we have been to provided those essentials. Also bath towels and wash towels unless you are ok with thin, small, old bath towels. The back door is tricky...be sure to pull it tight when locking it! There is an outdoor shower. Parking is tight behind the house. If other cars are already there, it's best to back in. The wifi they left to log into didn't exist. But, we were only there 2 nights so we didn't contact property management company. I would choose it again now that I know what extras I need to bring.
