The staff up front was wonderful!! The only problem I had was they didn’t clean our room unless I would ask. Great location. There was some places in the room that needed deep cleaned, but over all not bad. I would stay here again!!

Everything was good except the "standard room " with 2 queen beds is NOT the picture that Expedia shows. That made us very unhappy We had a very old looking room. Wallpaper was peeling and beds looked antique . Also no house cleaning unless you asked. Im not sure I would trust Expedia again.

The location was nice and was right on the board walk. The view was nice as well. The parking options were not good. We had to park on the next block. The kitchen had nothing in it!

We have stayed at Ocean 1 Hotel & Suites numerous times and have enjoyed it every time. The staff is always welcoming & remembers us from previous stays. The location is superb and the view of the boardwalk, beach & ocean is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel & will absolutely stay again

Looks nothing like the pics at all! Was very disappointed upon arrival the older lady there was very nice and pleasant! Very limited to no onsite parking parking lot 2 blocks away.

Pro- location, it’s right on the boardwalk. Staff is super friendly. Pillows are soft! Sliding glass door has a screen which is nice to let the breeze in. Con- definitely could use a full remodel. Beds were hard as a rock. Heat wasn’t on in the room so took a minute for the heat to get going but it never got to the other side. Hair in the jacuzzi. Tv was so small! Everything is just dated. Parking is 2 blocks away unless you’re one of the lucky 4 who can get the on site parking. I had just had knee surgery so wasn’t anticipating having to walk.

We had a great stay. Our room was great! I was so happy to have a room without carpeting at the beach. Only complaint is it was SO DARK, needed a few lamps.
