The beds are hard as a rock and the shower only had 1 temp! Hot! We had to be shown how to work the TV and the lights by the bed work weird! Will not stay here again. Parking SUCKED! And the room had holes in the walls. There was also a pan with mold growing in it under out AC on the balcony. GROSS! The windows look like they have never been cleaned as well.

A must stay!

This has been our 3rd summer stay at Ocean 1 and this was also probably our best! In prior years, our room had 2 beds and a small circular table w/ 2 chairs. This year our room had the 2 beds, a cushioned bench, 2 wingback chairs and a large desk w/ rolling chair. We enjoyed having seating options other than just our beds, and overall those items made the room feel much more comfortable than in years past. The hotel staff are all so kind, helpful and just enjoyable to talk to (and this has been consistent throughout the years we have stayed here). The only "complaint" I have is the the cleanliness of the bathroom. The drain stopper, which did not sit properly in the drain, had mildew all over it and when we lifted the faucet to turn on the water, we could see where the neck of the faucet had not been cleaned. Dirty bathrooms give me major ick, but everything else was so great that I can't put the rating too low ;) We will be back, for sure!
