Sea Watch 1111 is a 2 bedroom plus den, two bathroom condo located on the 11th floor on the south side of the building, only one unit back from the oceanfront! There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, 1 queen sleep sofa in the den, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 4 flat screen TV’s, and 1 DVD player. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $75.00 (cash or card)per vehicle from May 1 through September 30. The owner pays for linens for full week rentals only (full sheet set for all beds, and full towel/wash cloth sets for 8 people; includes delivery and pick-up). CONTROL#0011439
