Avalon Penthouse 803 - Incredible one of a kind penthouse condo with a private terrace you could live on, with views that go forever! Seriously. This one of a kind luxury property is a must see and must rent. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths, a chef's dream kitchen, including an air fryer, Keurig, and waffle maker,( with extra refrigerator in laundry room!), and a large living/ dining area, it's everything you need for your dream vacation. On those days you are tired of eating out, use the electric grill on the terrace to grill up some hot dogs and hamburgers. This is so close to wonderful restaurants, shopping and amusements, plus it's just a short walk to the beach. Relax on the comfy deck furniture while enjoying the view or watching the sunrise. 2 other private balconies give you a stunning sunset/bay view, and incredible nighttime skyline views. You also have a great view of the fireworks from your balcony on the 4th of July. The owner provides 3 TVs with ROKU Live TV , ( no cable), and free WiFi. Owner has also left behind a high chair, booster seat, portable crib/mattress, and misc toys and games. The Occupancy is 10, the property is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. Parking for 2 vehicles. The owner does provide a starter package of soaps/detergents/paper products. Please note - sheets and towels not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
