This is used to be our preferred hotel. Due to the wonderful hot tub sauna and relaxation by the pool area. Now they changed it where there is no longer a hot tub or a sauna. They brought all the games down by the pool area, which is extremely loud. They changed the pool. A lot of the customers there were extremely loud and rowdy. This stay was not relaxing as it usually was. We did not know that there was no longer a sauna or hot tub. That was their main attraction to us. Other than that, the staff was wonderful. The room was good.

I scheduled a getaway for my mother’s 66th birthday here and the trip itself was great. Unfortunately I had requested a fruit basket to be setup in the hotel room upon arrival and it wasn’t. It came the next day and was old nasty fruit & cheese. We loved our room and the cleanliness of the hotel. Sadly the coffee shop, gift shop and restaurant onsite was closed, and we weren’t informed of that prior to arriving or booking. Great place to stay, if you’re going there for the weekend and not during the week.

This was my first experience here, and probably my last. After driving many hours, I was told my room was not ready when I came an hour later to check in. The receptionist told me to go park my car and by the time I came back my room would be ready. I park my car and come back to 6-7 people waiting in front of me. Again I have to wait to be checked in, and another person decides to ask a question and the receptionist doesn’t even acknowledge that I’m next, or explains to this person to wait her turn after I’ve been waiting to be checked in. The person hands me my keys, and that’s it! doesn’t explain to me where my room is, what floor I can find the pool on, absolutely nothing. It was a horrible experience.

Nice Hotel with issues.

Restaurant, bar, were closed. They said they were short staffed. Charged a resort fee for indoor pool and fitness center which I cannot use due to my disability. Room was newly renovated, Bathroom sink drains very slowly. The air-conditioner is loud. The direct TV had poor reception. We had a corner balcony room that was quiet until the room next to us became occupied and the walls are not soundproof.

This was a great place to stay!! I will definitely stay again. We had a room with an ocean and view and it was well worth the price to be able to step out on your balcony and have the ocean right there…beautiful!! The fitness room closed at 11 so that was the only bummer. Awesome place!!
