The first floor room is a little difficult to get to. But is well worth the journey. It was awesome to walk right off the patio onto the beach .

So perfect, from the cleanliness to the view to the staff. When we got to our jaw dropping oceanfront room, I instructed my guests to perform a scan for problems. The only thing we found wrong was the TV in the sitting room was cracked. We reported it to the front desk promptly. They replaced it promptly. I will return to this amazing, peacefully, comfortable and clean piece of paradise.

Overall this property is nice. We were disappointed not to be given the room we thought we booked. The one slider door was broke to the point it would not open. The windows and doors to the room were so filthy on the outside that the beautiful view we paid for was like looking through filth. Access to the beach is less then to be desired for. You cannot access the beach from the lobby and there are limited signs explaining how to get to the beach. The staff were very polite and welcoming, it’s just not the best place for a beach trip (in our opinion).

The rooms have been updated very nicely! I come most years in October, and in the past the restaurant has been open, but it was closed this time, which was disappointing. The coffee shop is just not sufficient. Also, in my bathroom, the drop ceiling was moving up and down, making some noises...but this stopped after an hour or so. Overall, very pleased. Would recommend.

The beach was visible from our room, as well as the beautiful pool area. The room itself was spotless. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Definitely appreciated the room credit which we used to get Starbucks from the cafe downstairs. Plenty of food options in and around the hotel.

On arrival and entering the hotel, I was taken away with how beautiful it was, but sadly followed by pure equipment when I interacted with the staff member of the contest to check in. The fact the verb was extremely rewrite off the bat. She informed me that an additional hundred dollar charge we needed, and when I explained that my room was fully funded and paid for upon my arrival and nowhere in any of the confirmation did it say anything about meeting an additional charge. The staff member then responded and told me that I could cancel my reservation and I would not be fully refunded or I could just pay the hundred dollar fee and stop wasting her time because it was in the email that I received and I must’ve just missed it. I was very frustrated. Was that an interaction but it was late and I just went and paid to see anyway. Upon going to our room to doorman was able to assist with my luggage and I truly appreciate that. He’s nothing but kind the room was very nice and clean I was impressed with the mirror in the bathroom and the decor. However, that went downhill when we laid on the bed, there was a huge hole in one of the beds, completely sunken in as well as the boxspring holding it up broken I did mention that the same person downstairs and she told me that there was no way she could switch my room, but I can wait for a manager to come in tomorrow the following day and switch my room. We ended up to tolerating it, but it was one of the most uncomfortable beds.
