The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty clean, maintained, and we enjoyed our stay. I think the hotel could benefit from a paint touch up or a few renoviations. Although it is in pretty good condition, it is would look even better with some overall renovations and more greenery/decor at the lobby fountain.

Great location (beach is a few steps from the hotel) and nice/helpful staff. Check-in and check-out was easy. A clean/spacious room that has everything you need. Multi level parking available. Close enough to go anywhere and far from the busy boardwalk.

The resort is very clean, and having an indoor pool is a big plus. Their customer service was exceptional—whenever I called for room service, the front desk staff were always courteous, friendly and very helpful. Despite being very picky and a clean freak, I will definitely choose this resort again for beach trips.

The beach access was unable to be accessed because there was no key to lock the patio door. The room was extremely difficult to get to you had to go down the hallway in the elevator to the second floor around the hallway to another elevator to go down to the first floor and turn several corners. It was just not convenient to get to and if I had trouble ambulating, it would’ve been an impossible task

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Wish they had more staff at the bar though. Not a big drinker by took forever to get a mixed drink. Parking was a crap shoot. They had a garage but was too small for pick up trucks. Had to wait for spots to open up on the side roads to park. Great access to beach . They only had 1 location to rinse off from sand so there was a line as people bathed. All in all the price was worth the trip.
