It’s a property where you get what you pay for. It’s definitely not a place to have your kids stay in. The area didn’t seem safe considering the entire parking lot was a hoodlem 17 year old obnoxious party. I was also weary of where I stepped in the parking lot… it def had a meth needle in the parking lot kind of vibe. The only thing that it really has going for it is its location. It’s conveniently a block from the board walk. I will definitely pay the extra money next time and find a more reputable hotel.

enjoyed our stay here room was clean not to a top five hotel standard but clean enough room was spacious enough for two of us staying for senior week. The hotel was right on the beach so it accommodated to all of our beach needs. We got the one bed single it came with a TV mini fridge, one dresser, one side table and a bathroom. This is a okay hotel if you’re looking to stay in OC for an inexpensive cheap option.

Ants everywhere.

The first night we came back from the boardwalk, set down a slice of pizza, used the bathroom, and when I went to pick the pizza up there was ants all over the side table and my food. We couldn't set any food or drinks down without ants all over them. We asked for bug spray but they didn't have any.

The motel was dirty and filled with rusty everything. There were holes in the bathroom screen, the shower screws were rusty and old. The door hinges were rusty and old. The first room we were put into, the AC filter was unclean and the window wouldn't open. When they moved us to the second room, the AC filter was clean but you could see mold where the air was coming in. The bed was uncomfortable, the outlet close to the bed had mold everywhere and forget about the furniture. The dresser wouldn't close all the way. Now I don't expect perfection from a motel but the curtain for the only window was broken in certain areas so people outside could see inside no problem. Even though there was a no smoking sign for inside, there were guests smoking outside the apartment door. The door was missing so much insulation that the smoke outside came inside and woke us up. I had already developed terrible allergies from the first room and when I asked for a possible refund, owner told me it wouldn't be possible and only gave me a second room which I took because it was last minute. Would have rather slept on the street. Also, there were no housekeepers that came to clean the room while we were there, only hung a bag of towels on the door and some soap. Not worth the $1800 I paid for. Next will spend on better accommodations. Highly disappointed in this establishment.

Terrible place to stay

When we called and asked about having microwave they told us yes and then didn't have one. The bed sheets were dirty. Had to buy pillows because pillows had mold on them. A.C didn't keep room cool. Front window didn't have any locks. The towels aren't big enough to dry a kid so as a pretty good size man it didn't dry me at all. Seen cleaning lady making bed with dirty sheets in room

This was one of the worst properties I ever stayed out, totally not worth $200 a night ! Prices were hugely inflated because of the music festival happening Sept 27-29 . There was no breakfast included ( other hotels offered it) , the WiFi was spotty, the TV had a permanent vertical line on the screen. No toiletries. Old sheets with holes in them ( luckily I brought my own) . The fridge was not cooling though it “worked” ( the light was on, but my dog food got spoiled in 2 days spent there ). That was the only reason I stayed there, as it was one of the few pet-friendly hotels . Pet fee $60. The only positive was that there was free parking. I have pictures attesting the “beauty” of this place . There is potential, as it is located one block from the boardwalk….if only the owners would care .

The room is tiny, like a closet without any amnities. The door lock can be easily opened without a key. No dead bolt.

The room is bright as day all night. Flimsy blinds let all the light in (no curtains), and there are bright lights outside the room. WiFi is so slow that I couldn’t even get a web page to load, much less watch a movie on Netflix.

This was only good for a place to sleep.

Housekeeping was a bag hung on door with towels and a roll of toilet paper. And there was a fee of $6 per nite for this added to the cost of the room. Dresser drawers were very hard to open/close. Bathroom was extremely small. No medicine chest in bathroom, just 1 very large mirror.
