Our home is 1,214 square feet. The first floor features a dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom with standing shower, and washer & dryer. The second floor features the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional guest bedroom with a full-sized bed. There is also an additional bathroom on the second floor with a standing shower. The third floor is a converted attic, fully remodeled, and features 2x twin XL beds.
