The condominium complex is oceanfront and this unit is on the east side with a balcony facing east to parking/buildings next door. You can see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom as well as the porch.

It offers a master bedroom with a private bath and king sized bed.

Bedroom two offers twin beds. A queen size sleeper is in the living area. (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.)

Spent our wedding weekend here at this lovely property. The host was very accommodating of our needs, communicative, response and so very kind. The condo was a beautiful, peaceful retreat for us providing us space for quite time and privacy during what was otherwise a busy, hectic, crowd-filled weekend! Perfect location, easy access to the beach, local bars and restaurants.

We were so pleased about our stay at Sea-La-Vie! The first thing we noticed was how clean the condo was. Marni thought of everything you could possibly need in the condo or at the beach. So many personalized touches, you could tell she desires for her guests to feel at home and well-cared for. She was very responsive and so easy to work with. The property itself was in great condition, the pool was a wonderful bonus! The beach is so clean, quiet and felt secluded and private, not overrun with tourists and high-rise hotels. We are so pleased we found this gem and can’t wait to return!

Great Weekend Getaway!

We found the perfect place to stay during our visit to Ocean Isle, NC! Online details were accurate, our condo was spacious, clean and super close to the ocean. We enjoyed the amenities and loved the coffee bar. Our host checked in with me to make sure there were no issues and if we were enjoying our stay. We love that she was so caring and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. Location is great- easy to get to either side of the island and perfect to short or long stays. We'll be visiting again and highly recommend Sea La Vie for an amazing weekend getaway!

Great stay in OIB!

Cute, little spot close to the ocean! We walked in our bare feet to the beach and pool - it was the perfect spot for kids. Home was clean and decorated exactly as pictures show. The hosts thought of all the little extras - flavored coffee and creamer, beach toys and chairs, and books and games for children. The porch is also super cute and we enjoyed sitting outside in the AM. Thank you for having us!

This property was everything and more than we needed. The hosts were easy to contact, had everything ready for our arrival, and the place was spotless. Calming luxury steps to the beach

We just loved staying at Marni's place. It felt like a boutique hotel level of decor, linens, furniture -- but also very homey at the same time. Everything is done to such a high standard -- nicer kitchen appliances than I have at home, top-notch washer and dryer, lovely dishes and cutlery and on and on and on. Marni has thought of everything you might need -- beach chairs, etc. Place was impeccably clean also, which is kind of a miracle for an oceanfront property to have it be so spotless and sand-free. Location can't be beach, Ocean Isle beach is so beautiful and calm to visit and the fact that you have private beach access here is such a bonus. A real five-star gem of a stay at the beach. Summer Vacation

Epic Girls Weekend

It was a great beach house. We had lots of fun. I didn’t realise I had to go barefoot in the property so my plantar fasciitis was a bit of a problem because I didn’t bring slippers but I kept my feet up and it was ok. The TV in the main area didn’t work so we snuggled together in the main bedroom. All in all it was a very memorable weekend

This was a perfect getaway for our anniversary. Comfortable bed and nice kitchen. It was great to not have to Brooke own beach chairs and umbrella. Marni was quick to respond with any questions. We will be back!
