This luxury property is everything you hope it will be. You and your family have the opportunity to be the first to rent out this large 3,400 square foot, 6 bed, 7 bath home. It’s got everything to keep you coming back year after year. Everyday you get to choose between a very secluded powdered sugar sand beach or the heated private pool with outdoor shower and tiki bar. We’ve got toys for both!

The Space:
In the evening, grill up your favorite protein on the propane grill and watch the sunset from the best part of the house; the double decker patios with views to make you smile! Imagine lounging on the chaises with drinks in hand discussing the highlights of the day! Send the kids to the large bonus room for games and movies while the adults sneak down on the elevator to the private hot tub on the nights when it cools off.
This home has the upscale beach house vibe you were hoping for. Each bedroom has smart TVs as well as the main great room and bonus room. There are indoor and outdoor dining spaces and the kitchen is fully functional with everything you need, including a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig. There are extra portable mattresses, porta cribs and a high chair for the littles. The garage opens up to a ping pong table so start stretching and get your game face on! Didn’t have very easy communication with the property manager. We had a couple of issues that were never resolved. The arcade machine and the elevator were both not working. I felt like he was very slow to get back with me and not very proactive about fixing them. Granted, these were just amenities, but they were two of the amenities that appealed to us and led us to book this place.But in regards to the property, it was lovely. Very clean. Excellent excellent location! The beds were very soft and the layout was perfect for a large family. In spite of the issues we would definitely stay there again.

Spacious Well Equipped Property

We had a fantastic time with family at the Bombshell over Thanksgiving. The property is beautiful with lots of room. The bedrooms are well separated,all but one with private bath, allowing for privacy among guests. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the house and it had everything we needed. Our weather wasn't the best, but with view of the intracoastal waterway from the back of the house we had the beach feeling even without going outside much. The only improvements we could think of is to provide body wash mounted in the showers that alot of rentals provide as we had to go and buy soap. Also since the house is spacious and family room furniture spread out, some small tables by the sofa and chairs would be nice for beverages. We had to pull the kitchen chairs and barstools out to use for this. But overall this is an outstanding property. One of the few we would rent again.

Fantastic home, location, amenities and communication by the Property Manager, Foster.

Incredible contemporary home right out of a Crate and Barrel/Pottery Barn magazine. Emaculately clean, bright, airy and well appointed. Everything is brand new and available at your finger tips (spices, laundry and dish detergent, kid and adult dishes, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators in the kitchen (we used one for drinks and one for food), usb outlets on each night table in all rooms. The pool, ping pong table, jacuzzi and pool table were such a blast and provided endless amount of entertainment. 6 beach chairs, pool/beach, bath towels and sheets were all included. Umbrellas were available for the beach and at the pool which was lovely. The location is great. It’s a short walk to the beach entrance to the left which is private to the small gated community the house is located in. During a busy holiday weekend, this was a game changer as we had a ton of space for our large group and a make shift soccer field on the beach. Foster, the Property Manager was an amazing communicator and came by the house within the hour to help us with some small but easy fixes (elevator was stuck on a floor, battery to the front door lock was low etc). He is a great asset and ensured we were well taken care of. A couple of small recs to add to this already amazing house. Add a small collapsible stool to the 2nd floor bathroom for small kids to reach the sink. Add a collapsible laundry basket for guests to use (keep in between the washer and dryer) in addition to a clothes drying rack.

Off season family beach trip

The weather was colder than we had hoped but it was March so to be expected. The pool was nicely heated and very enjoyable. The house was well stocked and it was easy to cook for the two families. The two dishwashers and double fridges were nice. It was an easy walk to the beach and there is a nearby nature trail with elevated wooden walkways. The house was well set up for families with kids. We really enjoyed our stay.
