We are very dissatisfied with our stay. We were constantly bombarded by staff walking through the lobby for every reason imaginable. “What’s your room number, do you have this, have you booked this.” We started avoiding the lobby walking anywhere.
The resort credit is very specific it can only be used on sunglasses and sun hats.
When we arrived, we are on our honeymoon, got into our room, and were getting re”acquainted”. 1st knock- we forgot to but this bag in the room, tried again, 2nd knock, we forgot to put your wine in the room, 3rd knock, this one they took it upon themselves to just walk into the room- not kidding, they just came right in. 4th they came in with a chocolate peanut crunch bar. What should be noted is- when I came in I shared my allergies with 3 people to note it our room etc. I am highly allergic. My husband had a bite. And put it away as he can’t eat it around me.
Honestly. Being constantly asked to spend money on everything. And all the hassle. It’s not worth it. Go to anywhere else. I have sent an email, stating all this and more, that has still not been address
Also. Going to meet with the membership people(yep we got sucked into the membership) we get a free gift for going- it’s not worth it. Just say no. It’s one more thing on this property they want you to spend money on.
