The property needs to be updated. My wife got locked in bathroom and door handle was broken. Air noise came through balcony window frame. Caulk was not installed properly. Ice machine was broken on my floor and carpet was dirty and outdated

The property was run down. Approx. 9 years since renovation and it really shows - sharp glass rails, many tiles missing from pools, alot of broken concrete. It looks nothing like the pictures and videos advertised. Was unable to schedule any guest services to use our so-called resort credits. Last night was supposed to be a farewell dinner. The wait staff left us sitting at our table for over 30 minutes. We finally just got up and left without dessert. Check out was inefficient. We had our own car, but they insisted we deal with the bus transport people. Again, finally just walked out. Never again.

Overall horrible experience at moon palace Jamaica due to less choice of vegetarian food as well as Room was small and congested. Would not recommend to anyone to come at Moon Palace at Jamaica. However the staff was caring and excellent

ATM was broken the whole time we were there. Two double beds turned into one king bed and a cot. Certain staff were very aggressive about their tips. Chromecast on the television did not work, and staff were unable to fix. Very disappointed, will not return.

The resort is definitely kid friendly, and there are plenty of things to do on premises , but the customer service of workers is not the greatest. The food was not what we expected, drinks were very watered down. All in all not a great experience.
