The beach area was amazing! Pools were also nice. The restaurants were ok, Momo was absolutely delicious! The staff on the beach were great! The staff across from the check in and out desk were very annoying and pushy! Trying to sell membership. The gal we were pushed to would not take no for an answer. They try to get you to have breakfast with someone the next morning. Do NOT do it! It wastes hours of your vacation. The spa was absolutely wonderful! Melissa was amazing!! Best deep tissue massage ive ever had!

Overall it was a good enough experience but what soured everything was the overly aggressive sales tactics, the incessant phone calls to the room and not taking no for an answer. It made us feel hyper vigilant on a trip that was supposed to be relaxing

The variety of restaurants. But I do believe that the coffee cafe should be serving pastries, muffins and croissants and have fruit crapes with whipped cream and fruit syrups at 5:00am instead of 7:00. We had to catch our ride to the airport at 6:00 and no breakfast. This is a big missed opportunity. The music level is a bit too loud. A person can’t have a conversation at the pool without the speakers blaring at you. Hotel staff were ALL AWSOME!!! Garden view room was all of rooftops. We loved the dolphin swimming! Excellent touch! Food was All Amazing! Would stay again :)
