The staff was invaluable. I didn't realize that Moonplace was literally within walking distance. While I think this hotel is excellent if you would like to “experience Jamaica like the locals,” Moonplace has way better amenities.

The entire staff was very courteous, friendly and provided great customer service. Our check-in was quick and without issues, Rihanna was very pleasant and provided great customer service. Our room was very clean and neat, bathroom was spotless. The dining staff was really nice and the food was delicious, we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The hotel is small, affordable and very homely. Our room was cleaned everyday and the housekeeper was very pleasant. Hue was our front desk staff at check-out and process was really quick and he provided great customer service. Miss. Stevenson was always on hand to provide assistance as needed, she is friendly and pleasant.

The room was clean and cozy with all the amenities I needed. The Staff was super nice and welcoming. I also had the pleasure of sharing Jackfruit, with Ms. Yolanda... which is my favorite fruit.
