The room i reserved is not what I got. I reserved a queen bed and a pull out couch arrived and there was only a bed. They advertise fast wifi in every room there was no wifi at all.

My experience was terrible, I booked 3 nights, on arrival for check-in the staff at the front desk was useless, no computer, no information regarding check-in. I contacted the host only to be told the property had no vacancies, considering this money has cleared my account and I had confirmation of my booking, this was horrible. I was travelling with children as a tourist in the 35 degrees heat at 18:00 hours I was terrified where I was going to stay. I had to book into the Rui which ended up costing triple the cost. I would not recommend. I booked this property as it is situated in the heart of Ochio Rios only to be disappointed. One person also requested cash to be handed over to a third party a stranger. These apartments are privately owned.
