Relax in the natural setting with pleasant waterfront deck and a unique outdoor shower. The rear screened porches can be accessed from either level. This wonderful waterfront property is the perfect 3 bedroom get away for your family and friends.

Amenities include central A/C and heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 cable TVs and washer and dryer.
The exterior offers *private boat dockage, bulkhead, 3 decks, screened porches, one with picnic table overlooking the canal, fenced yard, hot/cold outdoor shower and charcoal grill.
Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.
