We are glad to hear you liked your room and felt cozy during your stay with us. We regret to hear that the fold-out sofa was not comfortable for you. For these cases we have additional mattress topper, available upon request from the housekeeper or reception desk. Unfortunately, we had not received from you any notice about this matter. Premier Hotel Odesa has the best location for the sixteen-floor hotel. Yes, it takes 20 minutes to get to Arcadia district and the beach, but the area is very quiet, which is very hard to get when you stay in the hotel or rent an apartment in the heart of Arcadia. Our guests have the option of choosing the beach they want to visit. They can either go to the beaches closer to Arcadia to get party mood, or they can visit the beaches located on French boulevard, if they are looking for something more quiet. We have a partner beach located 800m from the hotel, which provides free golf car transfer from sanatorium on French Boulevard to the stairs which lead to the beach. All our guests are welcome to use it. Our hotel is located in Arcadia district, if you want to go to the city center you have to take a taxi or use local transport. This information is provided on booking websites and it is stated that the distance is 6 km. The SPA complex is going to be open in September-October. When the hotel was opened on the 1st of July there were some finishing works going on related with design, but this didn’t disturb the guests, as those works were quiet. The view from room’s 904 window is very nice. It overlooks French Boulevard, botanical garden and has 40% of the sea view. Odessa has one million inhabitants, and we do have high buildings in the city in order to accommodate the inhabitants and the guests. The high buildings which are being constructed and which you could see from the window are 1.2 km away from the hotel. Premier Hotel Odesa complies with WHO Covid-19 guidelines and Premier Hotel and Resorts standards. The hotel’s personnel use personal protective equipment such as single use face masks and gloves. At any point of service, we advise the Guests to use personal protective equipment and they are provided to our guests on the compliment basis. Unfortunately, not all the guests share with us our firm position in this question. That is why it is possible that you have seen people in the guest areas without personal protective equipment.
