Reservation was for 2 queens got 2 fulls then wouldnt do anything about it . A/C Didn't work right room was hot . Toilet pump squealed super loud til tank was full. Went 2 complementary breakfast at 730 which its open til 10. Trash cand over filled Orange juice empty no eggs 4 sausages and no one doing anything about it . Wouldnt recommend this place . Management didnt care about our complants

Nice customer service. Confortable room and clean bedding.Day agent was a little rude. Had to call the front desk because I had some questions about a receipt that was given to me this morning on checkout but not totally sure what happened but it was fixed other than that I did not have any issues with this place.

I learned that is cheaper to book a room on one of the booking services then it is to walk in the hotel and get a price. I was doing things the opposite way.

Clean, quiet hotel

This is a very clean, quiet hotel with a nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The beds offer both soft and firm pillows. A great place to stay.

When we got there the manager (?) stood in front of us while we were waiting to check in berating the front desk clerk about firing a maid named Janelle for at least 10 minutes. It was unnecessary and awkward. No maid service or fresh towels daily. The "breakfast" was day old pastries, cold cereal and a broken juice station.

I will definitely never stay here again The staff is unfriendly The building is ran down and it lost power and there was nobody there to talk to you in the morning we had to check out in the dark this is the first time I've done this all on my own getting rooms usually my wife does it and she is on hospice and unable to do it so needless to say my first experience of finding a hotel on my own was poor thank you

Room was dirty … our cable did not work repeatedly and we had to go to the front desk for that. Our last morning the power was out and breakfast was stale and cold .

Friendly Staff

Hotel was nice. Front Desk Clerk was nice and friendly on check in & check out. Elevator was slow and we had trouble with the TV, but I am sure it was just us. We had arrived very late and were tried and up early and gone.
