You'll have a private studio apartment on the ground floor (private bathroom inside, kitchenette, lake view and charming patio garden). There is another studio room on the ground floor and an apartment on the first floor (separate entrance).
Other things to note
Free private parking near the post office, 2-3 minutes walking from the villa.
Guests must climb stairs as the house is located at the old town and in a private alley with no car access.
Potential for noise during weekends and season at nights (the house overlooks the city square where lots of bars and restaurants are located).
Breakfast and Shuttle service possible to arrange.
