I have ben in the home renovation business for almost 30 years. The room had a leak in the kitchen which the staff was aware of but still put me in the room. I woke the first mornig with a water all over the kitchen floor. The reason I know they were aware of it is because the paint was peiling due to prior water damage. When taking a shower water leaked on the floor due to the glass shower enclosure not properly sealed with silicone. I'm a senior citizen. When I was moved to a new room I had to carry my luggage down and up stairs. A young male was at the front desk but a female was sent to assist in the room change. I called down for towels and washcloths, they never arrived. I don't think I will return. Grounds were beatify and staff was were very friendly.

We had an oceanview room which was on the 3rd floor with no elevator which I didn’t expect. An employee helped us by taking our luggage upstairs. The room was spacious with a sitting room and bedroom but only the bedroom was air conditioned. It had a microwave and refrigerator but only 2 coffee cups and 2 glasses. The grounds are well maintained with lots of tropical plants. The pool looked nice. The restaurant was okay and the bar made decent drinks. The employees were helpful. On the other hand the toilet broke which they fixed about 2 hours later after they bought a part. The door chain was broken which they fixed after I pointed it out to them. We ran out of hot water when my husband showered after me. It is located about 20 minutes outside Bridgetown so you needed a taxi or a car to go to any other restaurants.

The staff was wonderful. We arrived at 11:00 pm. Our flight came in late and we still were served with a rum punch (the bar was already closed). Our reception girl was awesome! We came with friends and the hotel managed to get our rooms together. The property is landscaped nicely. The onsite restaurant has great food . The bartender is helpful. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at South Point. The staff was lovely and the room was even better than we anticipated. The only drawback of this hotel is its location since it's a bit isolated and the nearby beach is not good for swimming, but it's easy to call an Uber to get anywhere you want to go on the island.

I don't recommend the restaurant at all, we had waiting 2h30 for our plates, it's very slow. And the breakfast is very expensive! The price is fair for the quality level of the hotel. The hotel is nice, clean and quiet .

We got the Family Suite and it was very spacious and had really nice furniture. The staff was super friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel does have beach access, but it is a small beach. Location wise, there is not much else to do within walking distance, so best to rent a car.

Unfortunately, there is no beach where you can swim; it's good only for surfers. The hotel is fine, and the room is great, clean, with a kitchen The restaurant is slow, but check the place nearby, Surfer's Bay Good place if you rent the car, otherwise you end up Uber or taxi everywhere, because its nothing to do in hotel

The overall experience was positive, however, housekeeping could be more responsive! The one think that irked me was that the building has no elevators. You have to walk 2 flights of steps to get to your room if you are located on the 2nd floor. The beach access is within 2 minutes. The landscaping is nice and staff are friendly!
