Great location in Okayama, right near the station and across from a great area for bars and restaurants. Was tricky to find initially from the station, but once you know the route its easy to go back and forth. Staff were very friendly and polite helping with holding bags before check in, amenities and changing money for the laundry. Room was typical Japan size so not much space to move around, but was only used for sleeping and resting as so much to explore in the city. Laundry was easy to use and there's an app on the TV that shows if the wash cycle is finished so you dont need to remember the timing yourself which is useful.
