One of the cottage’s most distinctive features is the historic leat that flows alongside and beneath the kitchen. This fascinating watercourse is the very same leat that powers the waterwheel at nearby Finch Foundry, providing a unique connection to Sticklepath’s industrial heritage. French doors open onto a decked seating area where guests can enjoy the gentle sound of the flowing water.

A useful utility room and downstairs cloakroom add convenience for longer stays.
