Rooms could use an update. Attended a wedding and wanted to check in a little early but not offered and asked to return after 3:00. Around 2:30 asked for a changing area and the staff checked on room status and let us in a little early. It would have been better if the first person we spoke with had at least checked the status of room and possibly accommodate an early check in. This is a massive hotel with a spacious and comfortable room, albeit on the older side. We stayed in the Ocean Tower, which meant a bit of a walk from the main check-in area. The hotel offers two onsen facilities; the one in the main building includes an outdoor bath, which I thoroughly enjoyed—especially during winter. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of options covering both Japanese and Western cuisines. Parking, however, was a bit challenging, likely due to peak season. We had to park in an overflow lot and take a free shuttle bus to the hotel. It was somewhat disappointing to have to pay for parking, particularly given that the hotel is not in a city area and space wasn’t an issue.

Very welcoming staff and the room was spacious and very clean and comfortable . Great food for both dinner and breakfast. Staff at all times were very helpful. Wish Okinawa had a better public transport system to get about if one doesn’t drive but this is no fault of the hotel !
