I have tried to cancel my room on the 6th all day but i still got charged. I could never get nobody on the phonw and the vitral person would get so far and then would quit talking to me. I will not recommend Hotels .com to anyone . The hotel where i was going stay to at would not cancel it and gave me number to call. I called several time and they kept saving they could not accept the iterary number and would hang up on me.

We recently stayed at this location, and I would not recommend it until the remodeling is completed in a safer manner and the units are cleaned more thoroughly. The property had drywall sticking out into the hallway walkway, creating a safety hazard. Items were placed unsafely, and debris was not properly vacuumed from the carpet, under the bed, or in the bathroom. Additionally, the bathroom tub plunger was broken and not properly installed. The tables were not cleaned adequately, as there was residual sticky substance left behind. Throughout the night (from 12 AM to 5 AM), neighbors were repeatedly shouting and yelling, making it difficult to rest. The unit, as well as the entryway, had an unpleasant odor. I hope they complete the necessary repairs soon, improve their cleaning standards, ensure safer placement of construction materials, and maintain a calmer environment to prevent disturbances.

Needs an update on furniture

The carpet on the Room was dirty. There was stuff that it was broken. The beds were not comfortable at all. They need to change those beds for new ones.
