Unfortunately our stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel was very unkempt. The hotel was very dirty. We did not eat breakfast because of how dirty the coffee station was and the coffee was luke warm coming out of the thermos. We tried enjoying our coffee outside in the pool area and there was a child swimming in a pool littered with cigarette butts and chip bags. I gave 3 stars for service because someone was working on cleaning the pool, but cleaning the debris would just be the beginning of all the repairs needed.

Did not feel safe at this hotel. People were out side in the parking lot doing drugs. People passed out in hallway at 4 am with disgusting yellow towels stacked in the floor throughout hallway.

Initially, I was prepared to give this an 'okay' rating, but there were enough annoyances to tip it below that. You get what you pay for, I guess. Looks fine from the outside, but there were always sketchy characters wandering around the parking lot. Seemingly no security. Even though the breakfast buffet is set to 3 hours, it seemed like there was a limited amount of food/coffee prepared each day, which they just let run out instead of making enough to refill for the entire time window. TV in the room didn't work.When I followed the navigation instructions provided, the buttons would light up as if they should be doing something, but nothing would happen onscreen. The charging hub (2 outlets, 2 USB ports) didn't work, either. It was fixed into the wall socket; I tested several devices, but it was dead. I stayed for 5 nights, and not once was my room cleaned. I question how well it was even cleaned beforehand, as my toilet paper wasn't even filled with a full roll, and I wasn't provided an extra; I had to go down to the front desk to get another when the 1/2 used one ran out. All I saw that alluded to room cleaning was the desk pamphlet saying towels would be changed out every 3 days. Nothing said you had to request housekeeping or anything like that, yet the housekeeping carts were in the hallways every morning, so no clue what that was about. Staff were not friendly.

Pool was not properly kept (late may) but people were still in it. There was a used needle/injector in the parking area. Random homeless folks just walking around parking lot area. The no smoking room had an unusual smell to it. Overall it was a cheap, economical hotel to stay at but the hotel showed for it. Workers are really nice and the office area is nice but the first floor where we stayed at was not it.
