Let me start by saying the staff was ok. The gentleman that helped me when I first got there gave me a slightly larger room and housekeeping came in almost every day to replenish my towels and toilet paper. However, the hotel itself is very rundown. The pictures do not match how the hotel and the rooms look. My room was very dirty. There was trash left under the bed from previous tenants, the bathroom had stains, there were bugs in my room, it was dust everywhere, light fixtures, and the carpet Were broken or very outdated. There were stains on the bed and on the headboard. Outside of my room, there were water stains everywhere, the doors in my room didn’t close right and there was about a 2 inch gap from my door to the outside. Overall, the hotel was not in good condition. Pros: It was very quiet and I was not disturbed while there. The area itself is very convenient. There are plenty of stores, literally within walking distance and plenty of restaurants and other food options. I would not bring kids here if you had them. If it was just you passing by and you needed a place to stay with no where else to go, it would be sufficient.

The lack of things in the room not working and the cleaning lady just walking in my room was very upsetting. First, I had to deal with a key not working, then twice on Saturday, the cleaning lady just knocked and immediately walked in when I was not clothed. On top of that, no lamps worked and the tv remote had buttons that did not work. The refrigerator did not get very cold at all. And lastly, the shower was horrible! The shower head did not have good pressure and shot water everywhere and when turning shower on, it would still have a significant amount come out from the spout instead of the shower head. In all, my stay was very unpleasant. I will not plan on ever staying at this location ever again.

This was by far the worst motel I've ever ever booked!!! Run as fast as you can!!! People in the parking lot drinking and smoking weed, half naked old lady walking across the lot!! Grocery buggies parked all over outside of the room also, two guys dragging mattresses out of the room and placing it on top of their car!! Room was so so as far as clean but the mattress had no substance to it soon as my husband sit on the side of it all he could feel was a wooden platform!! The dresser that held the mini fridge looked like a rat had chewed it all up!! The girl up front was nice!! We weren't on that property for 10 mins until we left, we were booked for 2 nights... we aren't super picky people but this was not safe in the least bit!!! I did Immediately inform the desk clerk that we would not be staying there !!!

I would like to see facial tissue provided--there was a slot for it in the bathroom, but I was told they did not provide it. Also there had been a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom, and it looked like mold was possibly evident (didn't notice it until the morning of our departure.

I never rec. any communications from the hotel at all. I did not ever check-in . I arrived at their location around 2 PM, 9/2/25. The place was a horrible property. Probably was being used as a drug re-hab location, or section eight housing. I went to the main entry, and found no hotel employee on duty, or a sign or notice they might be out temporarily, or a number to reach them. I would have never checked in, and would have never stayed there. I was in town on business, but did not ever find a soul to tell that I was cancelling my registration.Extremely sorry I used your company to book a room. You shouldn't be booking for such a junk property. I intend to contact my bank with notice to try and claim my credit card debit, from you or the hotel. I definitely feel I have been scammed, and will do all I can to recover from the scammers.

A very friendly and courteous staff,although did have one misunderstanding the property was well taken care of my room was clean and thoroughly enjoyed my almost 2 weeks stay! I would recommend it to anybody traveling through Edmond area!! or I had just found out that you can stay for longer periods of time!! Thank you for my stay at executive Inn on 2nd St., Edmond, OK
