Checked in Monday afternoon, left Tuesday morning for all day class and returned to key not working. That issue was taken care of quick enough. Breakfast was amazing all week, all the same but more tha typical cold cereal and waffle only selections. Definitely worth it. Checked out Thursday morning before heading to class and the tax was not removed as requested upon check in (with provided tax exempt paperwork) Staff member that processed my check out wasn’t sure how to do that so took my email address so she could speak with supervisor to do so. Overall good experience with minor issues. Still haven’t received receipt with tax removed, but I will check in again before I leave town to go home once my class is over for the day.

The room was very nice, but the bathroom door had sustained prior water damage and the bottom was swelled so the door rubbed on the floor causing it to stick open. Really needs a new door.

The room was clean and its all setup for an extended stay. The location is great with easy access to shopping and dining. Interstate 35 access is right next to the hotel for a short drive to downtown I would stay there again for sure!

Got there at 4:20 check in was suppose to be at 3 no rooms were cleaned. She kept looking finally said oh we have one that’s hear impaired so we took it. Our shades were all broken, my bed leaned to one side so you just kept rolling to that edge, & the room walls had little holes in them. The ceiling had black what looked like tire marks on it. Just very disappointed for the price, ratings, & pictures wasn’t anything what I expected!
