Had to move rooms because the first room the door didn’t close properly. Both rooms smelled. The toilet was dirty on the side that faced the tub. There was no one visible at the front desk. Poor lighting. Not maintained.

It was not very clean, found cockroach in our room right when we walked in, management did not seem concerned about cockroaches said its springtime in oklahoma. yuck.

I found unknown medication on the floor. There were wires just laying on the floor. The floor was sagging and bouncy (I was on the third floor). The room was not clean. The door to the bathroom would not close all the way. Overall a bad experience. If it had not been almost 12 am at night, I would have went somewhere else.

The concierge was friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were pristine. The bed was so comfortable. The thermostat was esty to work so that the room was the right temperature for my husband. The hot water was plentiful. I hated to leave after just one night.

We thought we booked a suite but we did not. The room was SO small and the tv didn’t have an hdmi input! In 2025! I am a very tall man so we needed more space. We were moved to a suite in the second building and it was awesome.

The facility is old and run down. However, overall, it is a good place for the price. We have stayed here multiple times. Unfortunately, the last two trips, while the room was clean, the room had an odor. Both trips we had to go get an air freshener to be able to stay.
