We have been to okc many times in the last month looking to relocate from Texas. We stayed here because of the price and it’s a really decent place for the money. The beds aren’t very comfy but it’s a bed. The room is nice and clean and spacious and the staff were EXCELLENT! Our room got pretty hot and I travel with a fan but didn’t bring one this trip and they let me use one they use to dry floors. We were going to travel back home to Texas but came back for a second night. So we are currently here for our second night and it’s all cause the price and the staff! I’d stay here again and again as long as the same ppl are here! Great service all the way around.

Our stay was great for the price. I had very low expectations because the price was so low so i was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was decent. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was clean. If I had any complaints, it's only that the shower water pressure was a bit low and I wish breakfast was provided later in the morning. But these weren't deal breakers and otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

As I always do upon getting into my rooms I walk the rooms and look for possible issues, and found that the room wasn't cleaned well. The carpeted base board was pulled off the wall in a couple of areas with trash and debris build up and the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed well. I found a cockroach crawling on the wall in the bathroom and put it in a Kleenex and took it to the front desk. The women employee was very apologetic and we waited for what I assume was a manger and she told him the issue, he said that they had just sprayed and unfortunately that was the consequences of treating for them and that the roaches would be moving around more. He apologized and said there was nothing they could do. I informed the women at the desk we were going to go ahead and check out because I wasn't comfortable staying in the room and she said ok but they couldn’t issue a refund so we left and lost our money.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms have a smell but it’s not too bad. It’s a shower and no bath. The floor is slippery. The water smell like chlorine. Heating and AC works well. Breakfast is alright a waffle maker , juice, bagels, muffins, There is NO LATE CHECKOUT and you can’t take breakfast to the rooms. My first 2 days was ok. The last night I seen 2 roaches run on the tv. There’s a lot of food places and water parks near by. Probably like 15 mins to downtown. Paid $104 for 2 nights online which was not bad. Expedia gives this hotel a 8/10. Google Maps gives it a 2 star. Google website gives it a 3.4 star. It’s has a pool as well . Cool for beginner young travelers that what to travel on a friendly budget. I did not buy the protection plan on Expedia so the room was non-refundable so I decided to just stay or I would have left after the smell in the room. There’s only 1 entrance and exit and that’s through the front. It looks better on the pictures but it was ok for my first visit.

The staff are extremely friendly except when I booked a room after midnight. I arrived at the hotel around two am, the attendant knew me from prior visits, told me they were aware of my reservation, knew I had PAID for a room. I didn't realize it was scheduled for the following day. I asked for a room for the night through the glass, I was told there were no available rooms yet only 6 cars in the parking lot. It was 27°f ! I waited outside this hotel for an hour waiting on a ride. I was treated like a degenerate.

The staff is amazing, but the hotel itself is lacking in several areas. The rooms are not very clean, the Wi-Fi is terrible—I could not even watch videos on YouTube—and the walls are so thin that I could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms

Beds were clean and comfortable, shower water pressure was great! There were areas in the shower that were not clean and had some mildew. When we parked and walked into the hotel to check in, there was a car parked in the very first spot, right next to the door and the couple in it were smoking weed, a lot of weed. My husband, 2 young kids and I had to walk through a cloud of smoke before opening the hotel lobby doors.
