Check in was fine. Went to the room and key didnt work, went back tonthe front desk and was taken back to the room to see if his key worked, which it didnt, the had to go back to the front desk, change rooms finally it worked. There was still trash in the room, bedding wasnt clean. Walls by the elevator have significant water damage.

Avoid this place at all cost.

This place should not be recommended to anyone.Overbooked and the rooms are falsely represented. Paid for a king suite and got a king mini room.Spelled horrible and room was ran down. Never again still I stay at the horrible place. Workers are rude ,unprefessional, and untrained. The checkout lady talked on the phone the entire time she checked me out. Gave me a bogus receipt and they charge deposits without informing you there will be one at all. Still waiting on my deposit now.

This place is very dirty. Every towel we asked for was dirty, when we walked into the room the floors were dirty the handles on drawers were filthy, there was dirt in the shower, and sink didn’t drain. Asked to get our room cleaned and they denied us. Really the only thing good about this place is the staff.

Dirty and Pool was empty

Didn’t expect much but this hotel was very ran down. We booked hotel for the pool and even left early so the kids could swim before our event but when we got there the pool was empty. The rooms are really hard to find and front desk was not much help. We sat there for 10 min before front desk lady showed up to check us in.

Our first room smelled horrible, the lady at the front desk was very nice and switched our room. But the hotel did not feel safe. There were people in and out from behind the front desk that didn’t look like they should have worked there. Hall ways smelled like weed. We have stayed several years in a row at this hotel but this was the last time we will ever stay there. Seemed like shady things went down there.

Hotel need help

I booked online and the site didn’t communicate to the actual hotel. So the nice lady at the front desk tried her best to accommodate the over booking issue. Which took forever checking in. On top of getting moved to a different room than what I booked. I paid for a 2 queens and got a king suit which sound great until you ask adults to sleep on a pull out couch. Mind you I booked 3 days because of an event. Couch did not come with bedding so I had to ask. I was handed a sheet and had to ask for a blanket also. Room only had 2 towel s so I had to ask for more and was handed a shredded end towel. The room A/C fit tent work right at all when I walked in it was hot and musty. Picked this hotel because of the beautiful pool area which was closed but nothing online said anything about it. Overall the room was clean the building looks amazing on the outside and loved the plants.

The room was not ready when we arrived. They gave us the key to get in and we had to pick up trash.One bed had to be stripped and we had to go to the front desk to get clean bedding to make the bed ourselves.
