Lobby appeared clean and well maintained. Valet were all nice and great at their job. Otherwise, it was a place to sleep, not to enjoy. Front desk was not friendly - no greeting, just “what’s your name”. We asked a question and saw two other guests ask questions and the front desk attendant was not friendly, apologetic or empathetic. The room had wallpaper off the wall. One part the entire corner about 9 inches up and over pulled off. The entire entry, baseboard had ripples and curled wallpaper. Poor water pressure. We had a suite with 2 queen beds - there was only one body towel in the bathroom. We visited the pool and workout space - both were dirty. Very poor workout tools available. The pool was dosgusting. The hot tub did not work at all and had cold water. In the pool there was a pool light (that goes along on the wall on the inside of the pool) pulled out and setting on the side with wire showing.

For me. We wasnt informed how they dont clean your room everyday so we had to call for fresh towels. Then the room walls are so thin the neighbors kept us awake and all they was doing was talking. My husband was upset for extra charges for parking 34 dollars a night.

The room was outdated rust on the bathtubs. They did not mention anything about the demolition of the building next door and I woke up to a sound of jackhammer. Had I known this I wouldn't choose this location. When I told the front desk that it would be a good idea to let people know about construction in advance. They rudely dismissed me.

We had issues with this facility from the moment we walked in. The rooms had damaged furniture, water stains, mold. ALS was insulted by the staff several times. We were told we couldn’t even have water on the main floor even for someone who was diabetic. Was also accused of my child being an alcoholic by front desk.

Every ice machine wasn’t working except on floor 9. The staff was AMAZING. Very friendly and SUPER helpful. The bartender did GREAT! I do wish they had those window unit A/C’s though, to drown out the noise of construction.

I hate to say it, but this hotel needs a major upgrade. There were stains and ripped upholstery on the couches in the room, stains on walls in the common areas of the hotel, and the carpet in the rooms looks 20 years old. Definitely didn't feel clean.
