Unit Layout

This charming vacation rental spans 80 square metres across 2 levels and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a welcoming living and dining room provides a relaxed gathering space, complete with satellite TV and air conditioning, and offers direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to it, an open kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and dining, featuring an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, all complemented by a dining table. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. The terrace, measuring 50 square metres and partly roofed, is accessible from both the living area and the kitchen, and is furnished with terrace furniture and 6 deck chairs, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the sea.

On the upper floor, 3 individually air-conditioned bedrooms each open onto a balcony. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The second bedroom features 3 single beds, each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. The third bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm. A second shower room with WC serves the upper floor.
