St. Simplicius house is located in the heart of the historic center of the city of Olbia.
The apartment is a single room of 35 m2, recently built, bright and equipped with every comfort. Inside we find a large kitchen complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction hob. In the living room there is a dining table with a corner sofa and a sofa bed. The bathroom is large and bright with shower.
A few steps from the apartment there is the bus stop that connects the historic center with the beaches (Line 4) and the port (Line 9) and the airport (Line 2 and 10). Parking space is free on site along the road, but there is a large paid car park a short distance away. In less than 10 minutes by car or scooter you can reach the port and the airport as well as the ring road that connects the center to the Costa Smeralda and the Olbia coast.
The apartment is located 50 meters from the Basilica of San Simplicio, a few steps from the shopping and nightlife area, the Ferris wheel and the main attractions of the city. In the immediate vicinity there is a market and one of the most renowned pizzerias in the city.
